Daily troubles of feed crusher and its troubleshooting

In the production process of feed pulverizing machine, it is the expectation of every user that the equipment can operate normally 24 hours without failure. However, the sudden failure of feed pulverizer is an inevitable problem in daily work. As long as we can find out the solution to the problem in time and solve the problem at the fastest speed, it will not affect the work efficiency. The feed crusher has strong vibration and noise, which may be caused by:
 
1. If the arrangement of hammers is not correct, the hammers shall be reinstalled according to the arrangement drawing of hammers;
 
2. If some hammers are stuck in the pin shaft, they should be handled in time;
 
3. If the fixing bolt of bearing seat of feed crusher is loose or the bearing is damaged, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.
 
4. If the balance of the rotor is damaged by the wear of the hammer piece of the crusher or the impeller of the self-contained fan, the relevant parts shall be replaced in time.
 
5. There is abnormal sound in the feed crusher; generally, there are large hard objects entering the crusher, or the parts in the crusher are falling in the crushing room. Stop the machine immediately after finding this situation, check the crushing chamber and remove foreign matters.
 
6. The particle size of the finished product is too coarse; generally, the sieve leakage is caused by the hole after the sieve plate is worn or hit by foreign matters, or the sieve plate is improperly installed, and the joint between the sieve plate and the screen edge is not tight, resulting in the sieve leakage. It should be dealt with accordingly.
 
7.  Motor weakness and overheating; motor weakness may be due to one phase open circuit in three-phase circuit of motor, and motor overheating may be due to short circuit of internal circuit of motor or long-term overload operation. At this time, the machine should be shut down in time, and the electrician should check the electrical equipment or adjust the working load.
