1. The feed crusher shall be fixed on the cement base for long-term operation. If the working place is frequently changed, the feed crusher and the motor shall be installed on the base made of angle iron. If the crusher uses the diesel engine as the power, the power of the two shall be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly higher than that of the crusher, and the grooves of the two pulleys shall be consistent, and the outer end faces of the pulleys shall be on the same plane.
2. After the feed crusher is installed, check the fastening condition of each fastener. If it is loose, tighten it.
3. Check whether the belt tightness of pulley is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and feed crusher shaft are parallel.
4. Before starting the crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand, check whether the claws, hammers and rotors operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is collision in the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, and whether the motor and feed crusher are well lubricated.
5. After the pulverizer is started, it idles for 2-3 minutes first, and then feeds the material after there is no abnormal phenomenon. Iron block, crushed stone and other sundries shall not be mixed in the raw materials.
6. Do not replace the pulley casually to prevent the explosion of the crushing chamber due to the high rotation speed, or the low rotation speed will affect the working efficiency.
7. Pay attention to the operation of the feed crusher at any time during the work, and feed evenly to prevent blocking the car and overload operation for a long time. In case of vibration, noise, high temperature between bearing and engine body, outward spraying and other phenomena, stop the machine for inspection immediately, and continue to work after troubleshooting.
8. Operators should not wear gloves, and stand at the side of the crusher when feeding to prevent the debris from rebounding and hurting the face.
9. In case of blockage, it is forbidden to forcibly feed or remove feed with hands or sticks.
10. At the end of the work, it should be idle for 2-3 minutes, and the crusher and fan can be stopped only after the materials in the machine are completely removed.
