Because most of the die pressing wheels of feed granulator are heat-treated parts, there are many burrs in the inner hole or surface after planing, drilling, milling, quenching and so on, which affect the effect and output of granulation. Therefore, before using the new machine (or replacing the new complete set of grinding tools), grinding must be reasonably and fully carried out
3. Key work before and after shutdown. When the material pressing is about to end, mix a little bran with edible oil and put it into the machine. After pressing for 1-2 minutes, stop the machine, so that the mold hole is filled with oil, so that the next time the machine is started, the material can be put into production, which not only maintains the mold, but also saves working hours. After shutdown, loosen the adjusting screw of the pressure wheel and remove the residual material
4. The size and length of the pellet feed and the treatment of the moisture temperature. The size is completed by changing the molds with different apertures. Generally, the feed pellet machine has a length adjustment cutter at the discharge port, which can be adjusted according to the actual needs. The feed is easy to be short and the commercial storage and transportation are easy to be long; the ring die feed pellet machine is mainly adjusted by the manual (or electric) cutter outside the machine.
