DGP dry type floating fish feed machine is mainly composed of feeder (hopper), extrusion expansion device, power and traditional system, rack, electric control system, etc.
1. Feeder (hopper)
The feeder (hopper) is of automatic speed regulating type, which is composed of hopper, pusher screw, discharge pipe, shell, etc.
2. Extrusion and expansion device
Extrusion and expansion device is the core part of the extruder. According to different uses, i.e. expansion of different materials, different discharge methods, the corresponding combination is selected. The extrusion and expansion device can be divided into two parts: cavity assembly and drive assembly. The cavity assembly is generally composed of a feed box, a compression chamber, a discharge box (there is no such part for ring gap discharge), a regulating plug (for expanding full fat soybean or other single raw materials), etc.; the driving part assembly is mainly composed of a bearing box assembly, a main shaft, an extrusion screw (Group), a bullet head, etc.
Materials are pushed from the feed box from the extrusion screw (Group) to the compression to obtain the preliminary extrusion and heating, and then continuously subjected to different degrees of extrusion heating until the discharge. When expanding whole fat soybean powder or other single raw materials (single hole discharging), in order to get different discharging effect, the gap between plug and bullet head can be adjusted, and the templates with different discharging hole diameter can also be replaced. The diameter series of discharge hole are Φ 1mm, Φ 1.5mm, Φ 2mm, Φ 3mm, Φ 3.5mm, Φ 4mm, Φ 5mm and Φ 6.8mm. Users can choose from them.
Bearing box components mainly refer to bearing box, left and right end covers, oil filler, oil gauge, bearing, oil seal, etc. Other functions are to support the spindle, install accessories such as bearings, and lubricate and cool the bearings.
3. Electric control system
The electronic control system of DGP series fish feed machine is different in configuration according to the power and feeding form of the main machine. This machine is an independent control box and fixed on the rack.
Each motor of the system can be started and stopped independently. Pay attention to the starting sequence in use: main motor -cutting motor -feeding motor; the stopping sequence is reverse.
The electronic control system of the extruder can also be specially designed according to the actual needs of users. When the user selects the cutting device or water injection device, the electric control system is equipped with it.
