How to maintain floating fish feed pellet machine
(1) fill the oil in the bearing box in time (when the oil level in the oil quantity observation pipe is below the center line of the bearing box). After 500 hours of operation, replace them all (oil should be changed after 300 hours of operation of the new machine).
(2) change the oil of reducer regularly.
(3) regularly add lubricating grease to other bearing parts.
(4) when replacing vulnerable parts (extrusion screw, air plug, gasket, etc.), use copper rod to tap lightly. It is not allowed to use hard objects to smash the expansion cavity again. It is strictly prohibited to place heavy objects or stand on the expansion cavity.
(5) raw materials shall be cleaned, and foreign matters such as metal shall not enter the machine.
(6) during normal operation, it is not allowed to stop the machine at will. If necessary, it shall be operated according to the procedures described in Article 5.2. E of this manual.
(7) check the quality of expansion materials at any time, and pay attention to replace vulnerable parts.
(8) keep the equipment clean.
(9) in case of long-term shutdown or replacement of expanded materials, materials in hopper and expansion chamber (Group) shall be removed to avoid agglomeration, mildew or cross contamination between materials.
