1、 Installation and movement. The installation and movement of small-scale feed crusher machine shall be operated by skilled professionals. In case of fixed operation, it shall be installed on the cement base; in case of mobile operation, it shall be installed on the wooden frame or steel frame base. When moving the machine, the power must be turned off first, and the insulated wire cannot be dragged on the ground, so as to prevent the insulation layer from being worn and causing leakage.
2、 Prepare before starting the machine. Carefully check whether the bolts at all parts are loose, whether the grain bar is in good condition, close the feed ram, drag the belt by hand, check whether the main shaft and fan are jammed, and whether the rotation is flexible. Check whether the safety devices are complete. Whether the motor is grounded, etc. Make sure it is safe before starting. Pay attention to the correct rotation direction of the machine.
3、 Prepare after startup. After the machine is started, it is required to idle for 2-3 minutes before feeding. The feeding shall be even. In case of overload, the feeding shall be suspended. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the feeding port with hands or iron bars, etc., and send materials with wooden bars. In case of any abnormal noise or overheating of the bearing, the machine shall be shut down for inspection. In case of any blockage, it shall be eliminated. Shut down the machine once in 5-6 hours, and let the machine idle for 2-3 minutes before shut down, so that the material can be completely discharged.
4、 Adjustment and maintenance. When not in use, the machine shall be completely cleaned, and the wind and rain shall not be allowed. At the end of each shift, add lubricating oil to the bearing once, and disassemble and clean the bearing once after working for 200 hours. In case of wear or damage to the parts, repair them in time, especially the hammer and screen pieces. The installation of the parts shall be in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual or the skilled person is required to install them. When the machine is stopped for a long time, remove the V-belt to prevent the belt from stretching.
5、 Use and operation
1. Before work, check the machine as follows:
(1) Check electrical equipment components and wires for leakage
(2) Check whether the connecting screws of all parts of the machine are tight
(3) If the split pin of hammer pin shaft on rotor is seriously worn, replace it immediately
(4) Check whether the sieve plate is in good condition
2. The materials to be crushed shall be placed in a clean place to prevent metal and large stones from mixing and damaging the machine
3. Turn on the machine and idle for 3-5 minutes to see whether the direction of the crusher is correct. Feed the crusher only after the machine reaches the rated speed and runs stably
5. When the machine is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the work post, do not disassemble any parts of the machine, do not put tools on the material pile and the machine, stop the machine immediately when hearing the abnormal noise of the machine, open the electric switch, and disassemble the machine for inspection after the machine stops stably
6. After crushing, it is required to continue idling for 2-3 minutes to clear the residual materials. If the machine stops suddenly due to fault or power failure, the front cover shall be opened before the machine is started again to remove the residual materials. No load startup is allowed. No load startup is allowed
7. The crusher machine is allowed to rotate forward and backward. When the two corners at one end of the hammer are abraded by 1 / 4, the rotor shall be removed and the hammer shall be inverted in the original order.
8. Turn off the crusher after crushing materials.
