1. The raw material itself should have adhesion. As we all know, feed pellet machine is to mix different raw materials and then press them into granules. This requires that the raw materials we use have a certain degree of adhesion. Otherwise, the pressed particles are either not formed, or relatively loose, with poor quality, and will be broken as soon as they are transported. For example, soybean meal, straw and cotton stalk are easy to form.
2. The moisture content of raw materials is very important. When using a small feed pellet making machine to make feed particles, we all require that the moisture content of the raw material be kept within a value. When the water content of raw materials is large, the particles made are relatively soft. When there is little water, it is easy to produce powder. So the moisture density of the material will also affect the output value of the briquetting machine. Although the material moisture demand of each manufacturer is different, the moisture content of particle products must be less than 13% before sale. This 13% standard is the standard of no mildew and no deterioration of particles.
