2. Let the crusher machine idle for a few minutes before running. If there is no abnormal sound in it, start to discharge the material evenly to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Do not overload the motor to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
3. In addition to checking whether all parts are loose, we also need to check the wearing condition of vulnerable parts. In case of serious wearing of vulnerable parts, we should replace them with new ones in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Grease the bearings regularly. Good lubricity is also conducive to increase the output and increase the service life of the equipment. Generally, the bearing temperature is not more than 70 ° which is normal. If it is found that the bearing temperature is too high during the operation, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, find out the cause, and continue to put into production after troubleshooting.
